Valley FiberCom Broadband Promotional Terms & Conditions

The advertised price is the promotional pricing offer for Valley FiberCom Internet Packages. Promotional offers include promotional discounts for a period of three years. At the conclusion of any free monthly promotional period, year one’s internet pricing will be discounted by $30.00/per month. At the conclusion of year one, year two’s internet pricing will be discounted by $20.00/per month. At the conclusion of year two, year three’s internet pricing will be discounted by $10.00/per month. Standard and then current internet package rates apply after the stated promotional period.

The advertised price does not include the following charges: Fiber Hub Fee, currently $9.99/month; any other monthly surcharges, taxes, ad other amounts as required by law.

Offer and Package Availability: Offers and packages may be changed or terminated at any time without notice, may not be available in all areas, cannot be combined with any other offer, are not transferable and are void where prohibited. Available only to residential customers who have not received any promotional offered service within prior 90 days and meet other applicable requirements. Customer must agree to all applicable subscriber terms and policies. Other terms ad conditions may apply.

Valley FiberCom’s Total Technology Assurance Plan: Subscribe to Valley FiberCom’s Total Technology Assurance Plan (TTAP) (currently $7.99/per month) and received the first 3 months free. The TTAP provides covered as referenced in the TTAP document. No monthly contract is required for the TTAP.
