Total Service Assurance Plan

For only $2.99 per month, protect your internet, TV and phone wiring.

Avoid possible higher repair costs with Valley FiberCom’s Total Service Assurance Plan. Repairing damaged internet, TV and phone wires can cost up to $75 per hour. All of the coverages listed below are included in Valley FiberCom’s Total Service Assurance Plan.

Broadband Coverage

Premise Visit*

Trouble Isolation & Diagnosis

Repair inside wiring and jacks due to normal wear and tear and natural aging.

Maintenance on Valley FiberCom supplied Broadband Routers

Set-up and configuration for a router purchased or leased from Valley FiberCom**

Customer owned router replaced with a Valley FiberCom product

*Must go through Valley FiberCom Internet 24/7 phone support trouble shooting before a technician is dispatched
**Please Note: This includes all wiring from Valley FiberCom equipment to customer equipment (STB to TV)

TV Coverage

Premise Visit*

Trouble Isolation & Diagnosis

Repair inside wiring and jacks due to normal wear and tear and natural aging.**

Maintenance on Valley FiberCom supplied STB(s) & replacement of TV connections (Ex: HDMI Cables)

Phone support including rebooting STB(s), programming remotes (batteries not included), and user training

One replacement Remote per STB, per 2 Years. Additional replacement remotes are $15.

*Must go through after hours phone support trouble shooting before a technician is dispatched
**Please Note: Customer tampering will result in charges
